It's for couples who want control over their wedding planning but don't want to do it completely alone. Whether you're highly organized and just need occasional gut-checks, or you want regular expert support without committing to full-service planning, there's a tier for you.

With a traditional planner, you hand over the reins: they manage, design, coordinate, and execute. With The Atelier, you stay in the driver's seat. You use our tools to plan, and tap our team when you need expertise. Same knowledge, different model.

Right now, yes. Our vendor network, knowledge bank, and expertise are focused on destination weddings in France and Italy. We're expanding to more destinations soon.

Tokens are how you access our planning team. Each task, like reviewing a contract, vetting a vendor, or hopping on a call, costs a set number of tokens. You spend them when you need us, at your own pace.

Anything from quick styling questions (3 tokens) to full contract reviews (15 tokens) to 60-minute strategy calls (20 tokens) to custom styling decks (25 tokens). If you need something not on the menu, we'll give you a custom quote.

Yes. Unused tokens roll over for up to 3 months, so you can save up for bigger tasks when you need them.

Every tier includes: a personalized AI-generated-human-checked wedding checklist, vendor inquiry tracking generation and tracking, a knowledge bank of guides and templates, and a dashboard to manage everything. We have lots of new tools in the work set to launch in early 2026 also.

The platform is written in English, however and our team can communicate with vendors in French, English, and Italian on your behalf.
Inquiries generated using our tools are always populated in both English and your wedding location’s language to make things as easy as possible for vendors you’re contacting. -
Yes. You can share login access with your partner so you're both up to date. We’re developing our platform to allow two email accounts to access a single wedding as we speak, and hope the feature will be available shortly.

Not yet, but the platform is fully mobile-responsive, so you can access everything from your phone's browser. We recommend adding a shortcut to the app’s URL on your phone’s home screen for easy access.
