What’s not included

Your planner flies solo. If you need extra coordinators, assistants, or servers, we can recommend. But they're not part of the package.
shoulder events
Welcome dinners, farewell brunches, post-wedding brunches. We can be there, but they're not included in the base fee. Add them at €1,350/day.
Vendor payments
We'll recommend, coordinate, and manage your vendors, but their fees are paid directly by you. What they quote is what you pay.

No. Every wedding is designed around you — your vision, your priorities, your people. The difference isn't the level of customisation, it's the scale of the team behind it.

Studio Weddings works best for weddings up to around 100–120 guests with a single main event day. If you're planning something larger, multi-day, or logistically complex, our full-service team at Best Events Co. might be a better fit.

Yes. Shoulder events (welcome dinners, brunches) can be added at €1,350/day. If you need additional staffing beyond your planner, we can recommend trusted people.

We recommend booking at least 9–12 months out, though we can work with shorter timelines depending on availability.
